For over 130 years, Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Denver’s historic Little Italy has been the heart of a vibrant celebration honoring its patroness during the annual Feast of Our Lady of Mount Carmel in July. Established by Italian immigrants in March 1894, the parish began this tradition only 4 months later. What started as a simple religious celebration straight from the old country has grown into a beloved annual fundraiser and a cornerstone of North Denver’s Italian-American heritage. This event officially begins Feast Season in Colorado, drawing thousands to honor the parish’s rich history.
The Feast will be July 19-20, 2025, at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church (3549 Navajo St., Denver, CO 80211)! Enjoy Italian-American street food, carnival games, live music, and the highlight—a special Mass in Italian and procession on Sunday, July 20, at 2:00pm.
