Yesterday, friends and members of the Italian Enclaves Historical Society donated much needed clothing to the elderly residents of Mount Carmel Nursing Home in Staten Island’s Old Town neighborhood.
The Italian Enclaves Historical Society endeavors to document and inform the public about Italian Neighborhoods and Churches in North America. As often as possible, the society will organize fundraisers to help the residents of nursing facilities and food pantries within Italian National parishes.
