Worcester
Worcester is a city named after Worcestershire, England and is located in Worcester County, Massachusetts. The city is bordered by the towns of Auburn, Grafton, Holden and Leicester and is known as the ‘Heart of the Commonwealth’ since its bound west of Boston, east of Springfield and northwest of providence, Rhode Island. Worcester is home to many Italian-Americans with many Italian Catholic churches as evidence; Our Lady of Loreto Rectory, Cathedral of Saint Paul, St John Catholic Church and Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church just to mention a few. Our lady of Mount Carmel and Our Lady of Loreto parish festival; are some of the Italian feasts held in Worcester.
