Morgantown

Morgantown has a rich Italian heritage, with many of the immigrants to the community hailing from Calabria who were drawn to the area for work. The city has numerous Italian businesses, restaurants, and markets, and is home to Emily Calandrelli, an MIT educated engineer and TV host, along with Frank Lovece, a notable author who was born in Argentina to Italian immigrants before moving to Morgantown where he was raised.
